She was indeed. I had the b&w stripe bathing suit, and a pink, soft plastic wardrobe case that I actually liked playing with better than the doll, sometimes.

My first was a bubble hair (like the one in the hat) then my husband got rid of the shed. Could have killed him when I found out what it was worth!
